Hi. I'm Lisa. I'm glad you're here. 

As I enter my 10th year in business, I have discovered this truth: I am not in the business of photography, but in the business of connection and relationships. Your stories are what drive the images we create together and I'm so grateful that this path has found me. 

I often pinch myself as I find myself  standing in the most beautiful locations,
learning about new things, different cultures, and meeting such incredible
humans. 

When you look at photos that we create together, I want you not just to
remember what you felt in those moments, but I want those feelings to come
rushing back and transport you back to that space. For me, photography is
about feeling - whatever that feeling may be. I've been asked to photograph
some very intense and emotional things and what an honor to be trusted with
such delicate and important matters. I've been asked to document moments
filled with such joy and laughter and love - all the highs and lows of the human
experience.

Because photography is a very personal experience in my world, I feel like you should know a little about me. I have a background in education and art. I am inspired by many things, often all at once, so you may find me a little scattered during our session but this is just my creative spirit working in overdrive.  I am a dog lover, a bird nerd, and will never say no to fancy cheese. I am based in the beautiful Napa Valley and spend my non-working days (which don't actually exist as a small business owner) with my husband Nick, my crazy-awesome step-kiddos, and my fur babies . Anything else you want to know - just ask.
